Handwritten or Computerized? PR app form

Hi All,

First time applying PR for me,wife and 5 yr old son and quite excited. Paano po ba kayo mag fill in sa form, realize ko lng mas maayos kung edit ko sa PC then print pwede naman gawan ng paraan kahit PDF yung form nila. Anyone ever tried using computerized font instead of handwriting?

Any new news or tips po ba in PR application for this year 2008?
Nabasa ko din po sa mga thread na meron na re reject kahit 6-months na yung applicant. Sabi wait muna daw until 9-months. In our case exactly 6-months na kami and kasama ko na sila nung nag start ako mag work d2. DP holders yung family ko, Registered Nurse wife ko, not working and we have 5 yr old son currently studying sa PAP in Ang Mo Kio. May I know kung may chance kami ma reject or any good advised. Gusto na lng namin talaga maging PR para maka tipid sa tuition fee and makakuha ng percentage sa company.

as for the question, they don't really care if its computerized or not as long as yung pirma mo hindi computerized.

handwritten din po ako...in fact, dami ko ngang errors dami kase ako fill-up an 4 kase anak ko kaya u could just imagine yung stress mo sa pagsulat. Ginawa ko binura ko na lang ng correction fluid. Tingin ko okay naman yung computerized font no issue sa ICA.

As to the chances of approval, there is no hard and fast rule sa ICA. Depende po lahat yan sa approving officer na mag evaluate ng papers mo. May sinulat na sa ibang thread si Mam Byatch regarding the methodology you must do in properly presenting the docs to ICA, suggestion ata nya u use clear book para ganda presentation. Ako kase sa toto lang, nund nag apply ako wala naman sa SG wife and kids ko ako lang so sabog sabog talaga, ikinalat ko sa mesa ng receiving officer tas hinanap ko yung mga hinihingi nya. Don't do this, hindi maganda ma swerte lang ako. Sabihin sayo after 3 months they will get back to u, kung after 3 months u dont receive a call they will give a receiving form with tel # tawagan mo po to inquire. So far ako2 months lang na approve na.

Basta samahan mo ng dasal sir! Wag mo kakalimutan yan...Napakabisa nito...dahil lahat ng imposible nagiging posible....

KONTING TIPS: (lagi ko pong inaadvice to)

- make sure na COMPLETE na lahat ng docs mo...
- make 2 COPIES EACH sa mga docs mo para may spare ka. para pag hiningi meron agad
- sa picture naman, if gusto mo makasiguro, dun ka na magpapicture sa ICA
- LABEL all your documents (ORIG AND PHOTOCOPIES) para mabilis hugutin pag hiningi
- better na kung ANO ORDER NG ORIGS MO.. GANUN DIN ANG ORDER NG PHOTOCOPIES mo...
- lagay mo sa CLEAR BOOK lAHAT NG ORIGINALS mo para din na need ilabas, flip na lang ng flip si officer
- WAG IKALAT ang docs mo infront of the officer... they easily get annoyed

Pwede ko po ba isama mag-ina ko sa ICA? Para habang hinihingi sa kin yung documents eh nandun yung misis ko, kasi baka mataranta ko magkamali mali pa. Kasi lagi naman wife ko yung tiga ayos ng documents eh. Parang isang close room ba yun? maayos naman ba yung processo? sensya na ha excited lng

i used pdf professional to fill up PR form.. then pirma shempre with blue pen..

wala naman sila angal..
