sa withdrawal application mo, u need to provide an address in pinas.
Or if you provide them a bank account, don na yon ide-deposit & they will inform you by letter or probably by email. |

Logically, you need to sell it before you renounce your PRship so still have some leverage. _________________ Nothings Gonna Change My Love For You..... |

Marami nang nag give up ng PRship at nagka roon ng work pass uli. But of course meron din namang hindi pinalad. Depende lahat yan kung marketable ang work expertise at saleable ang industry where are in.

| jchua wrote: | Hello peeps!
I did receive an e-mail from an officer at the Withdrawal Schemes Department. Siya yung nag-process nung withdrawal application ko. Nung na-complete na yung application ko, the officer personally emailed me to inform me na complete na yung processing and antay na lang for the funds to be credited.
Ganito yung nangyari: Yung ginawa ko kasi eh nag-submit ako ng eApplication sa CPF website, then I forwarded the consularised CPF form and documents by FedEx. Meron munang verification na gagawin yung Member Account Services Division, i-che-check nila yung employment details na sinubmit mo, nominations, if any, and investment accounts.
So the officer from WSD emailed me then told me na rejected nga and then they told me to resubmit an online application para hindi na kailangang i-verify yung bank account information. So I submitted it and pinrocess na.
After 12 working days simula nung na-receive ng WSD ung application ko, I called to enquire yung status. Sabi sa akin, final stages of processing na raw and expect the funds to be effected to my BDO account within 1 week. The next day, nung pag-check ko sa CPF website, zero na yung balance ko at may nakalagay na WDL dun sa last transaction. CPF still credited the account with interest for the unfinished year - pro-rated na yung interest.
CPF is only authorised to deduct your CPF withdrawal proceeds kung may income tax due ka. YUN LANG PO ANG IBABAWAS NILA. Pero dahil nag tax clearance ako before leaving SG, I got my CPF funds with interest, may bawas lang na about 30-40 dollars (not sure, di ko alam ung FOREX eh) for the TT charge (di mo na problema to kung GIRO or cheque ung payment mode mo). Do also note na if you have availed CPF-IS (Investments), i-li-liquidate yung investments mo prior to withdrawal. If you are a bankrupt, your investment proceeds will not be protected from your creditors or the Official Assignee. CPF (OA, SA, Medisave) funds, however, will remain protected from any claims by your creditors.
Total processing time ko, including yung delays nung account verification at resubmission nung online app form, is 19 working days.
Sana nakatulong yung info na 'to to others! Spend your 'retirement' funds wisely.. hehehehe |
bro,dto na kc ako sa Pnas..ask ko lang one should be the 1st step... need ko ba muna renounce PR ko sa SG Embassy sa Taguig bago ako mag eCPF withdrawal ?? or either of the one
unahin ko..thnx _________________ No one knew what to expect. No one knew if is going to be successful...NoBody NoBody But You .. |

1) I think puwede
3) I dont think so, kaya nga meron kayong separate CPF accounts.
_________________ Carpe Diem |

1. if you are the main applicant, then your wife can do that. if she is the main, apektado kayo lahat.
2. same answer tulad ng kay Finisher
3. same answer tulad ng kay Finisher
4. ano ba plano? stay pa sya dito? convert PR to a pass? mukhang dyan ang hassle pre! pero kung goodbye Singapore na, ok ang idea. but please refer to answer number 1 first.
good luck |
