Kun sino un Officer n nagRECIEVE or nagentertain during PR application/Submission of Documents is
Sya rin un mag pprocess ng application....
or would there be a group of officers who will process / investigate and asess
each and everyones applications?

| Yung nag receive ng PR application hindi sila yung mag po process and mag evaluate. Ibang group po yon. Yung approving officer sa akin is the Controller of Immigration Singapore. |

bat natanong mo kuya kot? may naging problema ba upon submisssion of our application? |
kaya ko lang po natanong kc, kun same officer un mag pprocess, very hopeful po na maapprove ako, kc cool, at mabait un officer n nag receive ng docs ko... 
ang kulang ko lang is Annex A acknowledment/info of current Employer ko, pero gumawa po ako ng Letter, at yun ang inattached ko dun sa Annex A.
meron kc case un sa frends ko, sabay sila nagsubmit, same job/ educ/ lahat pareho, sa edad lang nde hahaha, un isa 2 months lang approve na un isa nmn til now ala p rin result (sabagay 3 mos p lng nmn) pero maxdo strict un officer n humarap sa knya... pareho din po sila walang sponsorship or acknowledment from their employers...
haaaaay, sobrang nakaka tense talaga maghintay ng application...
PR submision date: Jan 12 2008
1st inquiry/follow up: Feb 26 2008 (response, call again aftr two weeks)
after two weeks kaya, either may result na or "call again aftr 2 weeks"...

Pwede po bang mag-apply ng PR na walang sponsorship or acknowledgement ng company na pinagtatrabauhan?  Hindi po ba meron silang form na kailangan i-fill-up? or need na icertify kang employed sa company?

hanggang ngayon ala pa ring result pero hindi kami nag fofollow up, hinahayaan lang namin kung dadating dadating kung hindi hindi...

pwede po sir,
kahit nga po nung na-approved application ko,
'di ko pa rin pinapirmahan yung form EP152.
nagtaka na lang HR namin, PR na ko.

pwedeng pwede po... ganyan nga ginwa ko.... mdami din kabayan natin ang naapprove ang PR, wala nmn sponsor or acknw. from employer.
KUn mag Sign man sila dun sa Last page ng Form (Annex A to Form 4A)
it doesnt mean na nagssponsor sila. parang lang mapabilis ang processing, malaking tulong din yun.

Malaking misconception sa kasama ko sa bahay na di daw pwedeng mag-apply without the company's consent.

Tama po. Yun ang title na nakasulat sa IPA na ma re-receive nyo later... |

wow almost same time pla tayo ngapply... kami last jan 8, 2008 and the one who received my application is now my constant textmate...indian cia na girl. she gave her mobile phone number to us and she get ours. natuwa cia kc sa anak ko kya ayun just in case daw na we need some help we contact her.

OPO kaya wag po mawalan ng pag-asa kun ayaw man magsign ng employer, pwede pa rin magpasa ng application.

may frend ako, after 3 mos may nareceive xa na letter (manipis lang)...
hinihingan xa ng Signature ng Employer para dun sa Annex A... kun nde daw nya maiprovide, gumawa daw xa ng (waiver/promisory/consideration) Letter na nde payag or nde pa ready ang Employer for such sponsorship/acknowledgement. then xa mismo ang mag sign dun sa Letter nde sa Annex A.
ang problema nde nya inasikaso, hinayaan nya maglapse un chance (7days)... mag aaply n lng daw xa ulet after 6mos.... <toinks>...
baka naapprove xa kun kahit Letter sana basta formal at reasonable eh nagprovide xa.... sayang....
