I don't know any edible crayons. pero ang Crayola crayons are non-toxic. kaya ok na rin kahit kagat-kagatin ng bata.

not sure kung meron na yan dito. pero i'm still having doubts kung maganda nga pagamit ito sa mga bata. I think mag cause na malito sila at pag nakita ung ordinary crayons eh baka ngat ngatin din Very Happy. Hmm, trivia, parang nauna ata naimbento ito sa pinas i remember nakita ko ito sa tfc way way back pa hehe. true or false.

Same here. I haven't heard of edible crayons except non-toxic crayons which my toddler uses. In first place we can't leave your baby with her colour pencils or crayons because she might experiment on colouring our whole flat! Razz naku!

Thanks for the info.
There are washable colouring materials too in toys r us. Natatanggal ng cif and mr.muscle (cleaning spray from cold storage, fairprice, giant, etc.) yung mga paints and crayon stains sa wall.

for me di tamang pagamitin mo ng edible crayons ang bata.

kasi like Vlad said, it will create confusion.

dapat alam ng bata na crayons are for drawing not for eating.

kasi baka masrap ung lasa, kakainin talaga ng bata un!

unlike normal crayon, di mabango at di masarap (i know the taste kasi kinagat ko din dati to, out of curiosity lolz)

siguro just buy the nontoxic crayon like what they advised.

TS, if the purpose of pushing your baby to draw so that he/she became great artist/painter in the future. well try to learn from Amorsolo, Juan Luna and Hidalgo. Perhaps their mom used to gave them fried cacao.

try the non-toxic crayons by crayola. BUT make sure i supervise niyo din mabuti ang baby.

let your baby draw using his/her finger/s than holding any sort of edible crayons etc. as i suggested do busa a cacao then dip a finger or even the whole hand, then let the sense of touch do the rest.
