bakit ganun po ung article.. parang di maganda ang pakita sa CPF. super laki po ba ng nababawas.. mga ilang % of the salary po ba?

ang CPF kasi gradual ang increase ng contribution mo up to 2nd year ng PRship...

eto baka mas madaling intindihin:

http://mycpf.cpf.gov.sg/Members/Gen-Info/Con-Rates/ContriRa.htm

for the first year as PR, 5% pa lang ang contribution mo..
2nd year as PR, 15% na...
after that 20% na... capped at $4,500 max salary base...

as long as PR na kayo meron na pong deductions ang sweldo niyo monthly, automatic na yun.... pero nde nag tatake effect agad.. if i am not mistaken yung sa amin sep kami naging PR pero ang deductions sa husband ko nag start ata jan na... will chk his previous payslips and will get back to you po.. para 100% correct ang mabigay kong info...

FYI:

EMPLOYERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SHARE THE PAYMENT OF YOUR CPF.

Mam Czy, retroactive po ito. Yung sa case ko, I formalised my PRship June 07, then i-informed HR Aug 07 only pero nung ma-received ko yung payslip ko for Aug, nag deduct sila correspondingly from June and July.

in terms of effective cpf deduction, it all depends on your employer's cut-off date. when we were granted PR, hubby and i both immediately notified our different employers. my cpf deduction was effective the following month, yung kay hubby another month later pa. so depende talaga sa employer.
