nagavail ako ng fitness detox program dito and nasa 2nd week na ako and so far maganda resulta...maganda sa program kc bukod sa intake may coach ka din...di ko pa kelangan ideprive sarili ko sa food tinuturo din nila...ako kasi kaya ko ginawa ung program taas ng cholesterol ko at sabi ng doctor fatty daw liver ko...if interested kayo, pm me

yan din ginagawa ko now since di ko na afford ang gym dito sa SG. mas preferred ko talaga ang mag jog sa hapon kasi hindi ka na makakain ng madami at the same time masarap pa itulog.

wag din pala magpuyat. tip sa akin yan ng trainor ko sa pinas

Para maglose ng weight (for the benefit of everyone, please note: LOSE, hindi LOOSE. LOOSE is maluwag. LOSE is bawas or mawala.)

1. drink lots of water

2. healthy diet - avoid rice. eats lots of veggies and fruits. if you need to take meat, take chicken or fish. second choice mo nalang beef. avoid junkfood, juices and softdrinks. avoid sweets and candies and chocs. avoid pork. avoid fats.

3. after 6 diet also effective

4. get enough sleep - 7 hours/day

5. mag-steam after gym para matanggal water retention sa katawan. though di ka papayat, mas light ang feeling after.

6. weights - important to also build up your muscles (huwag naman bulky basta lean lang) para pag nagstop ka maggym sandali, you will not easily bloat.

8. count your calorie intake in a day. rule of thumb pag babae 1200. I limit to 1000 kung gusto ko pumayat.

just to add up sa no. 8, you should now first your IDEAL BODY WEIGHT.. The Tannhauser Formula will give you the answer...IBW (in kg)=(Heigt in cm minus 100) less 10%. Example: If a person is 5 foot 2 inches, the height in centimeter is (62 inches x 2.54) or 157.48 cm. So, 175.48 minus 100= 57.48. and 57.48 minus 10% (or 5.748) equals to 51.73 or about 52 Kg is the IDEAL BODY WEIGHT.

Kapag alam mo na ang IBW mo, next thing to do is to know your CALORIE REQUIREMENTS tama po si jmats- AVERAGE CALORIE REQUIREMENT per day ranges between 1500 and 2000 kung gusto mo tlaga to lose weight make it 1200, and ofcourse learn how to burn those EXCESS CALORIES.. Jogging for 30 minutes will burn atleast approximately 300 cal. Sex with foreplay approximately, 90 calories.. kaya I gave those two activities dahil yun ang gingawa ko sa program ko now.. hahaha.. BBBoooMMM!!!

Losing 1 pound to 1.5 pounds a week is the safest range to lose weight po..
